ORDER INFO & POLICIES

PRICE POLICY:

All prices are subject to change without notice. While every effort is made to make our literature as accurate as possible, production and transportation costs may go up or down after printing, and pricing will adjust accordingly. Typographical errors are subject to correction.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1) CREDIT CARD―We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
Please note that credit card information is stored in our secure database for four (4) days before being automatically deleted.

2) NET 30 DAYS to qualifying accounts. When ordering online, select "I have Net 30 terms..."  from the drop-down box at checkout.  Your order will be recorded and sent to us for processing. [Note: If you desire to establish credit, and your opening order will exceed $500, please forward the names of five (5) suppliers for us to conduct a credit survey. Please allow an additional five (5) business days for processing your credit survey.]

NO MINIMUMS:

However, all orders that total less than $50.00 are subject to a $10.00 Service Charge.

ADDITIONAL FEES:

$2.25 HANDLING CHARGE added by Marv-o-lus for each package.
Additional UPS charges (such as the $6.00 ADDITIONAL HANDLING charge, the $40.00 LARGE PACKAGE SURCHARGE, or the FUEL SURCHARGE) will be added to the invoice, whenever applicable―See UPS website for details.

RESALE & TAX INFORMATION:

Illinois customers are charged applicable taxes. If you are purchasing for resale and have an Illinois business, a completed Resale Form must be on file with us if you should not be charged tax.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:

NOTE: SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES WILL NOT APPEAR WHEN CHECKING OUT.  Shipping charges vary, based on destination and products ordered.  For an estimate, please call Customer Service at 800-236-0553 (Mon–Fri from 8:30AM–5PM, CST)  Please note that after your order gets processed and is ready to ship, the actual shipping & handling charges will be added to the merchandise total and your credit card will be authorized.  Then a revised invoice with all charges will be mailed to you via 1st Class Mail.

SHIPPING METHOD―Orders ship UPS Ground or common carrier collect (when orders exceed UPS size & weight limitations). If your order qualifies for common carrier, and you have a preferred truck line, please specify your choice in the “Additional Information" text box at checkout. Otherwise, we will choose a carrier for you.  Regretfully we are not able to ship via the United States Postal Service.

For expedited air services (like UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air) please specify that request in the "Additional Information" text box at checkout.

SHIPPING TIMES―We strive to ship smaller, UPS-shippable orders within 3 to 4 business days (Mon. thru Fri.) following the business day your order was received.  For larger truck orders please allow for a 1 to 2 week lead-time.  Feel free to call us at 1-800-236-0553 to obtain an exact ship date for your order.

RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL LOCATIONS―UPS charges more freight for residential deliveries than commercial deliveries.  UPS defines a residential delivery as one made to a home, which includes a business operated out of a home.  If your company qualifies for commercial delivery then you must check off the appropriate check-box at checkout.  Please Note: A $10.00 charge back penalty will be applied per package to customers who claim they qualify for commercial rates when they really do not.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

IF BY UPS―should damage occur in transit, notify us immediately so we can issue a claim with UPS. Do not return merchandise unless instructed by us. Save all packaging materials because UPS may return for an inspection.

IF BY TRUCK―do not refuse or return damaged goods to us. Note damage on both the driver's copy and your copy. Have the driver sign both copies. You can now file a claim with the carrier. If concealed damages are found, keep the carton and call the carrier to request an inspection along with an inspection report. We inspect all cartons before shipping, and the carrier is responsible for their safe arrival.

BACKORDERS:

While we strive to maintain ample stock of all items in our catalog, occasional manufacturing delays or quantity requirements on production may limit quantities on hand. If this should occur, the backordered item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. Separate shipping charges will be billed with each shipment. In regards to partial shipments, we reserve the right to ship partial without notice. If the backorder is large or affects the nature of the order, we will attempt to contact you.

RETURN POLICY:

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items unused, undamaged, and in original cartons may be returned within 15 days of receipt, and a 15% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged. Call us for a return authorization number (RA#) before returning any items. You will need to tell us the reason for the return, your order date, and the IV# that is found at the upper right hand corner of your Packing Slip. Returns must be shipped pre-paid to our factory warehouse at 220 NORTH WASHTENAW, CHICAGO, IL 60612 with the RA# and IV# appearing on all cartons. Please insure all cartons. The 15% RESTOCKING FEE will not apply if merchandise was found to be defective.

To report any abuse or violations of this Email List Privacy Policy, please send email to abuse@mailermailer.com and attach an unedited copy of the email message that you feel was sent to you in error or without your permission. EMAIL LIST INFORMATION COLLECTION
For each visitor that signs up for the Marv-o-lus Mfg. Co., Inc. email list, we collect only the information that is requested on the list signup form. Required fields are denoted with an asterisk (*). The web servers may collect the domain name or IP address of visitors to the web page(s). Unless otherwise stated on our web site, we collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us via email and information volunteered by you such as but not limited to list signup information, survey information, and/or site registrations. The information Marv-o-lus Mfg. Co., Inc.'s (Seller's) catalog or website and assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. Neither the Seller or the original product Manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss, or damage direct or consequential arriving out of use of such product. Seller's and Manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the product proved to be defective. Customers are advised to test the compatibility of Seller's products with their intended uses.

Marv-o-lus Mfg. Co., Inc. reserves the right to make any changes without notice to improve the design or quality of its products, and to make comparable substitutions when necessary.
