Our in-house design and prototype departments have a keen attention for detail, a drive to discover how things work, and an unrelenting passion to find the best solutions for our customers.

Before you inquire about a custom display rack please consider the following guidelines:

1) There is a $3,000.00 minimum order requirement.

2) We are happy to quote on your custom rack as long as the production run will exceed 250 units.  There are exceptions, depending on the size of the display.  Small runs such as 5, 25 or 50 units are not efficient to manufacture, so please keep this in mind before inquiring.

3) Certain jobs, by nature of the job or per customer request, require a prototype sample for approval prior to placing an order.  Please note that there is a nominal cost to cover the labor of prototyping.

4) Marv-o-lus is not a "Custom Design House" that deals with vague custom ideas to create a new style display for you at a service charge of $125 per hour.  If you already have a proposed design, which is typically some derivative of one of our stock displays, then we will be happy to provide you with a quote containing minimum quantity requirements and pricing.

5) We are constantly receiving inquiries for custom displays.  Please assist us by clearly describing the style of your display and providing dimensions and order quantity.  Also, we would appreciate if you could include a PDF sketch or picture.  Our email address is custom@marvolus.com.  

6) Lead-times:  Most quotes take 1–5 business day, and prototypes 3–10 days.  We fabricate our display racks two ways: locally (Chicago, Illinois, USA) and overseas (China).  Domestic production runs have shorter lead-times—usually 4 weeks, while overseas is much longer.  For the initial production run overseas expect a 3 to 4 month lead-time for delivery to the USA.  Subsequent overseas production runs go down to a 10-week lead-time.  Pricing for overseas production is usually lower than domestic production.  If you're already importing merchandise from China, we can manufacture and ship your display racks to your factory, allowing you to save by consolidating ocean shipments.
